Uluslararası Maarif Fotoğraf Yarışması için yarışmacılar internet üzerinden eyesofmaarif.com adresine girerek, başvuru formunun doldurulması ve fotoğrafların yüklenmesiyle yarışmaya katılır.

Değerlendirme Süreci

Fotoğraf Yarışmasına başvuran öğrenci ve çalışan kategori başvuruları genel merkez jürisi ve akabinde profesyonel jüri tarafından değerlendirilecektir.

Öğrenci ve çalışan kategorilerinde birinci, ikinci, üçüncü olmak üzere derece ödülleri ile mansiyon (10) ödüllü fotoğraflar belirlenir.

YARIŞMA BAŞVURU ŞARTLARI

  1. Yarışma, Maarif Okullarındaki öğrenciler ile Maarif Çalışanlarının (öğretmen ve personel) katılımına açıktır.
  2. Her katılımcı en fazla üç (3) adet fotoğrafla yarışmaya katılabilir.
  3. Yarışmaya başvuru yapan katılımcı kendisine ait kimlik bilgilerini başvuru formuna doğru ve eksiksiz beyan etmekle yükümlüdür.
  4. Daha önce başka ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmalara gönderilmiş fotoğraflar ile bu fotoğrafların kadraj farklılığı içeren versiyonları yarışmaya katılamaz; katılıp ödül almış olsalar dahi ödülleri geri alınır.
  5. Fotoğrafın yapısı değiştirilmemiş olmalıdır. Birden fazla fotoğrafın montajıyla oluşturulan, fotoğrafın orijinalinde olmayan herhangi bir objenin eklendiği veya var olan objelerden herhangi birisinin çıkarıldığı fotoğraflar yarışmaya kabul edilmez; katılmışsa katılımcı hakkında kural ihlali işlemi uygulanır.
  6. Yeniden çerçeveleme, renk, kontrast, ışık düzeltmeleri gibi basit müdahaleler abartılmamak koşuluyla yapılabilir. Jürinin takdiri esastır. Jüri ileri düzeyde müdahale olduğuna karar verirse, bu durum kural ihlali sayılır.
  7. Yarışma kapsamında katılımcıların gönderdiği ve değerlendirilmeye alınan fotoğrafların; telif haklarını Türkiye Maarif Vakfı’na devrettiğini kabul eder.
  8. Eserde insan portreleri içeriyorsa kişilerin onayını almış olduğu ve Türkiye Maarif Vakfı tarafından kullanılabilmesine ve/veya değiştirilebilmesine izin verildiği belirtilmelidir. (Üçüncü kişilerden alınan onay formu başvuru sırasında sisteme yüklenecektir.)
  9. Eserlerin müstehcen, saldırgan, uygunsuz veya sakıncalı unsurlar içermemesi, herhangi bir kurum ya da kişinin mahremiyetini, telif hakkını, ticari marka veya fikrî mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmemesi gerekmektedir.
  10. Katılımcılar bu yarışmaya başvuru yaparak, eser içerisinde olan görsellerin kendilerine ait olduğunu, sunmuş oldukları görsellerde derece alanlar tüm haklarından feragat ettiklerini ve bu hakları Türkiye Maarif Vakfı’na devrettiklerini, bu hususlarla ilgili olarak hiçbir hak talebinde bulunamayacağını kabul ve taahhüt eder.
  11. Yarışmacılar eserlerini ve gerekli bilgileri başvuru formuna, 02.05.2025 tarihi ve Türkiye saati ile 23:59’a kadar yapmış olmalıdır.

Application Process
To participate in the International Maarif Photography Contest, contestants must visit eyesofmaarif.com, fill out the application form, and upload their photographs.

Evaluation Process
Applications in the student and staff categories will first be evaluated by the central jury, followed by a panel of professional judges.
In both categories, awards will be given for first, second, and third place, as well as honorable mentions (10 photographs).

CONTEST RULES

  1. The contest is open to students and staff (teachers and personnel) of Maarif Schools.
  2. Each participant may submit a maximum of three (3) photographs.
  3. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information in the application form.
  4. Photographs that have been submitted to other national or international competitions, or any versions of such photographs with altered framing, are not eligible. If awarded, such prizes will be revoked.
  5. The structure of the photograph must not be altered. Photographs created by merging multiple images or with any added or removed elements not originally present in the photo will be disqualified and subject to rule violation procedures.
  6. Basic edits such as cropping, color, contrast, and lighting adjustments are allowed within reason. The jury has final discretion. If the jury determines excessive editing, it will be considered a rule violation.
  7. Participants agree to transfer the copyright of all submitted and accepted photographs to the Türkiye Maarif Foundation.
  8. If a photograph includes human portraits, participants must obtain permission from those individuals, allowing the Türkiye Maarif Foundation to use and/or modify the image. (Consent forms from third parties must be uploaded during the application.)
  9. Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable content, nor violate the privacy, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any institution or individual.
  10. By submitting their entries, participants declare that the submitted images belong to them, and that award-winning participants waive all rights to their works, transferring them to the Türkiye Maarif Foundation with no future claims.
  11. Participants must submit their photos and required information via the application form no later than 23:59 (Turkish time) on May 2, 2025.

Procédure de candidature

Pour participer au Concours International de Photographie de la Fondation Maarif, les candidats doivent se rendre sur le site eyesofmaarif.com, remplir le formulaire de candidature et télécharger leurs photographies.

Processus d’évaluation

Les candidatures dans les catégories élève et personnel seront d’abord évaluées par un jury central, puis par un jury composé de professionnels.
Des prix seront attribués dans les deux catégories pour les première, deuxième et troisième places, ainsi que 10 mentions honorables.

RÈGLEMENT DU CONCOURS

  1. Le concours est ouvert aux élèves et au personnel (enseignants et employés) des écoles Maarif.
  2. Chaque participant peut soumettre un maximum de trois (3) photographies.
  3. Les candidats sont responsables de fournir des informations personnelles exactes et complètes dans le formulaire de candidature.
  4. Les photographies ayant déjà été soumises à d'autres concours nationaux ou internationaux (y compris leurs versions modifiées par un recadrage) ne sont pas éligibles. En cas de récompense, le prix sera annulé.
  5. La structure originale de la photographie ne doit pas être modifiée. Les montages réalisés à partir de plusieurs photos, ou toute photo avec ajout ou suppression d’éléments, seront disqualifiés.
  6. Les retouches simples telles que le recadrage, la correction des couleurs, du contraste ou de la lumière sont autorisées dans une certaine mesure. Le jury se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute image jugée excessivement modifiée.
  7. Les participants acceptent de céder les droits d’auteur des photographies soumises et acceptées à la Fondation Maarif de Türkiye.
  8. Si la photographie contient des portraits, le participant doit obtenir l’autorisation des personnes concernées et autoriser la Fondation Maarif à utiliser et/ou modifier l’image. (Les formulaires de consentement doivent être téléchargés lors de la candidature.)
  9. Les œuvres ne doivent contenir aucun contenu obscène, offensant, inapproprié ou problématique, ni violer les droits à la vie privée, les droits d’auteur, les marques commerciales ou les droits de propriété intellectuelle d'autrui.
  10. En soumettant leurs œuvres, les participants déclarent être les auteurs des images, renoncent à tous leurs droits en cas de récompense et transfèrent ces droits à la Fondation Maarif de Türkiye sans aucune réclamation ultérieure.
  11. Les participants doivent soumettre leurs photos et les informations demandées via le formulaire de candidature au plus tard le 2 mai 2025 à 23h59 (heure turque).
