Hereby this Consent Letter has been prepared in order to regulate that I prospectively, exclusively, irrevocably, unlimited and unconditionally transferred to Turkish Maarif Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “FOUNDATION”) my copyrights and all other rights regarding the works on all kinds of videos, photos, written, oral, digital, etc. all platforms which I have created within the scope of the “Maarif Photo and Video Contest” with my free will without geographical, media, time or number limitation, without any fee. With the application of the “Maarif Photo and Video Contest” I acknowledge, declare and undertake the following with free will and unconditionally:
- Below rights are belong to FOUNDATION as the sole authority and prospectively, without any limitation in terms of geographical limitation and media limitation, time or number According to Intellectual and Artistic Works Law No.5846 and International Intellectual Property Law Applications:
- All economical rights (especially between in articles 21 and 25) of the "Right of Adaptation", the "Right of Reproduction", the ''Right of Distribution'', the ''Right of Performance'', ''Right of Communication via Tools of Signal, Acoustical and Image Transmission to the Public'' of its Economic Rights of Intellectual Rights related to the works subject to this Consent.
- The Right of Usage of All Moral Rights (especially between in article 14 and 17) the ''Authority to Publicize'', the ''Authority to Designate the Name'', the ''Prohibition of Modification of Work'' and the ''Author's Rights Against the Possessor and the Proprietor'', including the right to transfer third parties.
- The right to publicity, the merchandising rights, the format rights, the mobile and interactive application rights, related rights belonging to performing artists and producers, all kinds of right of disposition, the right of reproduction by printing, as an e-book, z-book, etc. or by means of a sentence detection mechanical or not mechanical tool, the right to return of non-existent parts, to remove and reprint some parts, to change and rewrite some parts, to translate it into another language under the same conditions and other rights.
- All copyrights.
- FOUNDATION may use, transfer/assign the third party, rent, license or make other legal transactions to these rights domestic and abroad without any approval or notice.
- I do not have any economical, moral, substantive or other demand from FOUNDATION in order to transfer my rights on my work.
- I will not use, let the third party use or any other attempt my work contrary to the rights of the FOUNDATION such as creating the same or similar, making an agreement with third party, to profit and other commercial activities.
- I will not use and share the third party any, some or whole part of my work.
- I have transferred and assigned my all rights on my work; especially the "Right of Adaptation", the "Right of Reproduction", the ''Right of Distribution'', the ''Right of Performance'', ''Right of Communication via Tools of Signal, Acoustical and Image Transmission to the Public'; to FOUNDATION with free will, exclusively for an indefinite period. I do not have any economical, moral, substantive or other demand from FOUNDATION for this transaction.
- I have transferred and assigned my all rights on my work; especially the copying, the reproduction by photographic or mechanical means, uploading to floppy disk, compact disk, internet or other tools using computer technology or other means of reproduction, dissemination, adaptation to electronic media (with means of signal, sound and/or image transmission, in a visual and virtual environment); to FOUNDATION with free will, exclusively for an indefinite period. I do not have any economical, moral, substantive or other demand from FOUNDATION for this transaction.
- Since I transfer all the rights of my work to the Foundation in accordance with domestic and international law after the signing of this Consent Letter, I do not have the authority to prevent or demand any legal such as FOUNDATION’s cooperation with other foundations, companies, etc. third parties or FOUNDATION’s using.
- Foundation may print, reproduce and publish my work in the physical environment/hard copy, as well as reproduce and broadcast temporarily or permanently in known or future developed tools and media such as computers, mobile phones, CDs, DVDs, including the internet and similar digital media, which are used for the transmission and repetition of signs, audio and/or images.
- I am indefinitely responsible to the FOUNDATION in terms of protecting the confidentiality of the information to be obtained regarding the work.
- I will not share any information about the work with third parties in accordance with the provisions of confidentiality and competition.
- I will not make any written or verbal statement about the operation of my works and information and documents related to the process within the scope of my work without the permission of the FOUNDATION, otherwise I will compensate the damages that will occur as a result of the negative effects of the statement.
- Within the framework of these rights, the FOUNDATION may use my work indefinitely domestically and abroad of Turkey, in Turkish or in all other world languages, in any media and in any material content, and to make it available to third parties.
- I will not make any demands from the FOUNDATION, regardless of the name, regarding the use of the work or the transfer of rights.
- If I do not comply with the above-mentioned articles, all legal and penal responsibility belongs to me, and I will compensate all kinds of damages suffered by the FOUNDATION without the need for any notification or legal ceremony.
