The third photo contest with the theme "Happiness" was organized in September-October 2022 in our foundation schools. For the first time, the contest took place in two different categories, and it saw participation from all Maarif students aged 13-18 and all Maarif staff. The Tur
Despite the application period being only one month, our photo competition has received the highest number of applications ever, with over 800 submissions.
As a result of the competition, which attracted a great deal of interest from our students and teachers, the winners were awarded Canon EOS 850D for the first place, Canon 250D for the second place, and Canon 2000D for the third place, along with Ara Güler's work titled 'Istanbul' as a gift.
The award ceremony for our students took place in Istanbul as part of the Istanbul Education Summit, and winners were also given the opportunity to explore Istanbul as an extended part of their prize. The award ceremony for our teachers, on the other hand, was held online on November 24th, which is Teachers' Day. Despite being conducted online, the ceremony received significant attention, with the participation of our President.
Our meticulous efforts to make this a truly international photo competition have been successfully completed.
